A fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager or Group Marketing Manager to join a multi site restaurant group that has a number of sites across the UK as Head Of Marketing.
This is an OFFICE BASED role 5 days a week so you must be based within a sensible reach of the West End.
This significant group is privately owned but is going through a phase of hyper growth with sites opening both here in the UK & also internationally.
We are especially keen to invite applications from Marketing Manager candidates that feel ready to step up to a Head Of Marketing role or those Marketing Manager candidates that are currently in a 'Head Of' or 'Group' role but maybe want a route out of a heavily governanced corporate environment & into something exciting with true autonomy.
Leading a strong team you should expect to be leading on strategy & be central to implementing brilliant marketing systems & innovation in order to drive campaigns & traffic thru the sites.
Requisite senior Marketing Manager experience in high street or independent group restaurants/bars is paramount - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you are not from a multi site restaurant brand background currently as we will be unable to get you forward for this opportunity.
This is a Marketing Manager / Head Of Marketing role that isn't going to be for everyone. It's aimed at a Marketing Manager that is growing tired of thankless corporate contingency and all of the daily tick box exercises and the paperwork that goes with it - or a Marketing Manager who think their only two options are to either take on a Head Of Marketing role in their next move or set up on their own. It's for a Marketing Manager who knows that there is a lot more to running a Marketing function than just following ever stricter budgets & doing the same thing day in, day out. It's for those who want the term "our guests" to actually mean something. Perhaps most importantly it's for Marketing Managers in companies who don't want to lose the fire in their belly simply because their current company has got nothing else to offer them.
