About Parameta Solutions
Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the French territories from our London office. You will identify new business opportunities, enhance existing relationships, and sell key TP ICAP data to the financial community. Your role will involve lead curation, outbound outreach, client conversations, and developing effective sales strategies. You will also collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to continuously accelerate growth and engage in occasional partnership work to expand our market presence.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation for Parameta Solutions through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business using a value selling sales methodology
- Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline
- Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Develop strong relationships with key clients that will generate revenue as new features go-to-market
- Perform diverse functions effectively: sales strategy, lead generation, sales rep, and account management and revenue retention
- Maintain and build on your understanding of technology and infrastructure
- Contribute to the businesses global sales and marketing strategy; Implement sales strategy with respect to account coverage
- Communication of market developments to co-workers and Sales team
- To fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
Essential
- Proven track record of g rowi ng a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and organisational goals
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Solid understanding of value selling and experience following a value-selling sales methodology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abi lity to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
- Strong use of insights a nd data-driven decision mak i ng to inform the sales process
- Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization
- Extremely proactive and upbeat with strong organizational skills
- Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Salesforce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
- Demonstrate previous experience selling Market Data
- Previous work essential in the fi na ncial markets preferable, but not essential.
- Previous experience of working with / a good network with French clients
- Understanding of Wholesale/OTC Financial Services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team env i ronment
