MKJ Ignite are excited to be working with a fast-growing, innovative brand crafting chai-inspired drinks that stand out in a crowded market. With a unique product range and bold ambitions, they’re on a mission to bring more customers across the UK and beyond.

We’re now looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager to focus on driving new business growth while strengthening relationships with existing clients across retail, wholesale, and HORECA channels.

You’ll play a key role in expanding the brand’s presence, winning new accounts, and ensuring their current partners continue to thrive. We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about growth as they are and can help bring the story to more customers.


What skills do you need to have to be considered?

Experience within FMCG, with grocery or retail experience.

Mindset: Creative, entrepreneurial, and organised with a strong sense of ownership.

️ Communication: Ability to build strong relationships and confidently present to a variety of stakeholders.

⭐️New Business: Proven experience within grocery, getting new product listings and building relationships with key stakeholders.

☕ Experience within the coffee/drinks industry is beneficial.


What you will be doing?

Winning New Business: Identifying, pitching, and securing new HORECA accounts to fuel growth.

Retaining Existing Clients: Nurturing relationships, delivering excellent service, and growing spend with current partners.

Strategy & Execution: Building and executing a clear HORECA-focused sales plan to achieve ambitious targets.

Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing account performance.

Collaborate with internal teams on in-store activations, promotions, and product launches.
