Today, Agent Provocateur is an iconic global brand, known for our provocative attitude, exceptional design, exquisite fabrics and our playfulness.

Agent Provocateur is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to lead our Franchise and Wholesale business growth and expand our market presence worldwide.

This key position will focus on developing new business, identifying strategic opportunities, and securing high-value partnerships to propel the brand to new heights.

Purpose of the role:

Leading the commercial strategy for expanding our footprint, growing revenue, and enhancing our brand positioning in global markets. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to formulate and execute strategic plans, deliver sales targets, and forge new relationships with potential partners.

Contract Negotiation & Financial Management:

  • Negotiate contracts with new partners, ensuring favourable terms that align with our business objectives. Oversee budgets, sales forecasting, and performance analysis to optimize profitability and ensure sustainable growth.

Cross-functional Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead the Franchise and Wholesale team, setting clear performance goals, mentoring staff, and driving high performance across the department. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and the effective delivery of products and services.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Regularly analyse business performance data to assess sales effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend actions for continuous improvement. Deliver comprehensive reports to senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and business opportunities.
