Neon Search are exclusively partnered with an agency who are redefining the world of luxury fashion marketing. They work with some of the most prestigious brands in the luxury fashion industry, bringing their stories to life through innovative digital and social media strategies. Their team is driven by creativity, passion, and the pursuit of perfection. They are looking for a Social Account Manager with a keen eye for luxury branding and a deep understanding of high-end social media strategy to join their London based team.
The Social Account Manager will act as a vital link between their luxury fashion clients and internal teams, ensuring that every aspect of the clients' social presence is meticulously crafted and executed. You will oversee client communications, build and implement bespoke social strategies, and ensure that all content reflects the luxury quality and style that our clients' brands demand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the world of luxury fashion or hospitality, understands the nuances of brand elevation, and has an impeccable sense of style.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned luxury fashion clients, maintaining strong, proactive, and transparent communication that aligns with high-end service expectations.
- Design and implement high-impact social media strategies that reflect the prestige and exclusivity of each client brand, driving engagement and elevating brand identity.
- Oversee the development of visually stunning and conceptually sophisticated content tailored to each platform, in collaboration with our creative and content teams.
- Lead social media campaigns from ideation through execution, analyzing performance and adjusting strategy to maximize client KPIs and ROI.
- Stay ahead of luxury market trends and digital innovations to provide proactive strategy recommendations that keep clients at the forefront of fashion and social media.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and analytics to present to clients, providing insights and recommendations that drive ongoing improvement and brand growth.
Required Skills
- Experience in social media management, with at least 1 year in luxury fashion or luxury branding. Agency experience is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of luxury fashion market dynamics, customer psychology, and global trends.
- A flair for creativity, matched with the strategic know-how to craft campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and diplomatically with high-profile clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in social media analytics, with a proven track record of optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Impeccable taste and an eye for luxury branding, with a portfolio or examples showcasing high-end social campaigns.
