We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Executive to join our client’s team and drive their marketing efforts, championing their message and vision to reach existing audiences and create new opportunities to widen their network.

As the sole marketer in the team, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing their marketing strategy from the ground up. This role is perfect for a proactive and creative individual who is excited to take full ownership of all marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a flair for digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals and objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Manage our online presence, including the website, social media channels, and email campaigns to boost engagement and reach.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and press releases.
- SEO and Analytics: Optimize our online content for search engines and use analytics tools to track and report on marketing performance.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Event Planning: Organize and manage company events, webinars, and exhibitions to promote our services and connect with potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the architectural team to understand project highlights and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the construction, architecture or design industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
