German Customer Support Executive

An innovative and rapidly growing SME lender based in Holborn is seeking a friendly, and fluent German speaker to join the team as a Customer Support Executive. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will handle incoming inquiries and support customers from initial conversation to loan application, helping the business manage its pipeline of deals in the SME lending space.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with business owners daily by answering inbound calls and addressing their questions.
  • Monitor support and customer service inbox to ensure top service levels.
  • Work with various enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications and answer customer queries.
  • Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues for existing customers.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in German
  • Highly adaptable, organised and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills - with the ability to interact via phone and email in both English and German
  • Customer focused mindset
  • Sociable - with a desire to work in a company with great culture
  • Not afraid of a challenge, rather you are looking for one
  • Can commit to 5-6 weeks on site training before hybrid option kicks in
