The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast growth market disrupter providing a single route to use industry leading experts to resolve problem debt.

Just Digital Marketplace is looking for a Finance Manager to join the team, reporting into the Group Financial Controller. The role is multifaceted and is focussed on management of the finance end to end process within Just through delivery of monthly management accounts and to support the day-to-day running of the finance function.

The role is offered on a permanent full-time basis and the ideal candidate will be part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc), have high attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills with commercial and business awareness and ability to build rapport with various stakeholders. Candidates will have experience of working within a fast-paced complex company and be comfortable working within a continuous change environment.


Responsibilities

  • To provide appropriate company performance and decision support through timely preparation of monthly management accounts for all entities;
  • To support delivery of key financial processes including payroll, expense submission, invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cashflow, banking, loans, cash reconciliation etc;
  • To ensure the integrity of the Company’s ledger and associated systems are in line with good practice and for audit purposes;
  • To propose and execute process improvement;
  • To support cash flow management within the business – daily, weekly or monthly as directed by the business needs.
  • To support preparation of the budgets and other financial forecasts and report variances;


Competencies and Required Experience

  • Part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) – (min. 50% of exams complete)
  • Strong understanding of management accounting and day-to-day finance processes
  • Highly organised and comfortable working autonomously to deadlines.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • The ability to work with individuals across the business and liaise with external clients and suppliers.

  • Experience with Xero Accounting Software
