Now they’re looking to add a commercially skilled Customer Success Manager to add to the team
The Role:
- Value is key here Understand your clients and add genuine value to their understanding, usage and benefit from the solution.
- Grow your account base with consultative, solution based upsell and cross sell. Expand users, grow into new departments or even cross brand. You are the commercial lead here
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients, understand their needs and ensure their success with the solution.
- Be the voice of the customer and liaison between clients and the rest of the team.
- Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the platform and its capabilities.
- Take lead on new accounts, manage their on-boarding and adoption.
- Lead online webinars and demos to ensure clients can fully capitalise on the platforms capabilities.
The Candidate:
- Prior experience of owning and managing high value clients. Roles in Customer Success, Account Management or any B2B client lead role are ideal.
- Experience working with a SaaS solution is very beneficial.
- Commercially capable and happy to hold c-suite level commercial discussions. A track record of growing account value and spend is key.
- A strong relationship nurturer.
- A high energy, engaging and charismatic personality. This is an engagement platform

- £45k base salary plus a £10k OTE (Uncapped commission on account growth)
