  • Help to drive, support and challenge operational strategy for Operations by forming relationships at senior levels within the business.
  • You'll be a key member of the Operational leadership team, ensuring decision making for spend and financial processes are made collaboratively, adding value through insight, constructive challenge and storytelling

  • Proactively drive the delivery of business and finance objectives across all areas of Operational Excellence
  • Lead, drive and develop insightful, accurate and timely Management Reporting and Cost Analysis
  • Support and provide relevant challenge to the Central Finance Planning team regarding forecasts/budgets
  • Proactively identifying and managing risk and opportunities; challenging operational teams to ensure we maximise cost savings for the business through various projects
  • Communication of monthly & annual group reporting, with analysis
  • Proactively driving efficiency/cost savings initiatives across all areas of Operational Excellence and challenging the status quo
  • Ensure continuous improvements so latest business metrics are fed into monthly reporting and budget assumptions
  • Provide the commercial finance support into the transformation programme
  • Support the Head of Property & Procurement with the development of the new Procurement team




Requirements:


  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - min 5 years PQE
  • Excellent track record of business partnering with C-Suite within large organisations
  • The drive to deliver continuous improvements
  • Highly effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas to a wide audience in a simple, understandable way


It's essential you have the following:


  • Experience of being a lead Finance Business Partner working within an Operations business unit
  • Experience of leading and supporting the delivery of cost reduction and transformation projects
