The Princess Grace Hospital is recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Orthopaedic Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join their Outpatient Department.
As a clinical leader, you will facilitate the patients' journey from first contact through to discharge. As a CNS you will make sure that patient centred care is delivered at its highest standard while collaborating with other members of the MDT Team such as the therapy teams and governance.
As an independent practitioner you will encourage and teach the enhanced recovery programme after surgery (ERAS) with all patients. You will also lead on clinical audits and research under the direction of the Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and have a commitment to improving practice based on research findings.

Skills & Experience:
NMC registered
Significant experience in caring for major Orthopaedic cases eg. hip and knee
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication (verbal, non verbal and written), positive mental attitude and sensitivity
