Position Overview:

At M Moser, we’re really excited about experiential design and looking for a Brand Experience Designer to join our new BX team. The aim of what we do is to connect, immerse and communicate the essence of a brand within a designed environment. The job is extremely diverse and includes a variety of areas such as designing sculptural or digital interactive artwork, signage and wayfinding systems or environmental graphics, curating artwork, sourcing artists, visual identity creation and more.

You will play a supporting role under the Brand Experience Design Lead, in advancing design solutions and creating exciting, portfolio worthy work that realises the client’s vision and goals.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the brand experience team to conceptualize various components of the projects touch points as well as design the deliverables that are required to convey the brand story
  • Responsible for the delivery of the brand experience work on projects and able to align brand experience deliverables with overall project process and schedule
  • Work with BX project lead and larger project team to hit key milestones and maintain project schedule
  • Interpret client requirements into thoughtfully designed and concepts
  • Collaborate with the interior/architectural design teams and clients to align with overall project vision and goals
  • Keep up to date on latest trends and best practices
  • Generate conceptual designs using a variety of graphic techniques, including hand-drawn and computer-generated visuals and work with Project Leader to align design complexity with target budget
  • Work with brand experience team to prepare design documentation and pitches for new and existing clients
  • Be responsible for quality control on design document deliverables presented to clients


Job Requirements:

As M Moser’s Designer, you are a seasoned, out-of-the-box thinker, with an exceptional knack for delivering awe-inspiring ideas for corporate workplace clients. You are a natural-born storyteller that can win work and inspire those working with you.


Qualifications & Key Competencies:

  • 4-6 years experience in a Brand Experience or Graphic Design related role
  • Experience working within an advertising agency, creative studio, an in-house design team
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or another related field preferred
  • Proficiency in the latest graphic design software required (Adobe CC, Figma, SketchUp etc.), other skills such as 3D or UI design or animation etc are a bonus, but not necessary
  • Strong understanding of steps necessary to take a project from concept to launch
  • Preferred working experience in creating production ready files
  • Ability to work in an agile, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent time and project management skills to be able to meet project deadlines
  • Excellent eye as a designer with a broad awareness of trends in design
  • Experience in branding for hospitality or retail environment a plus
  • Bonus points for work in experiential design through brand activations, art installation, interior design, architecture or other immersive environments.
