Training & Development

At Montash, we believe in nurturing talent. We offer a friendly, collaborative, and supportive environment where your success is our priority. You’ll receive 12 months of tailored training, working closely with an associate director, a designated mentor, and a variety of buddies across the business. By the end of your first year, our goal is for you to be a fully independent consultant.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Recruiting technology professionals across Europe.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Creating and advertising job descriptions on appropriate channels and job boards.
  • Actively headhunting passive candidates on LinkedIn.
  • Meeting revenue targets.
  • Identifying new clients and generating new business opportunities.
  • Building a network of key stakeholders.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, determined, proactive, and persuasive.


What We Offer at Entry level:

  • Basic Salary of £25,000
  • Commission on top of your salary, where you can make up to £40,000 in your first year
