About the Role - This person will support the delivery of commercial proposals for a key area of the business by collaborating with cross-functional teams and will assist in developing proposals that align with client needs and the company's business strategy. There will be key involvement in the following areas:
Tender Coordination / Management
- Assist in managing tender packages.
- Help prepare and submit proposals with necessary documentation.
- Work with internal stakeholders from different locations.
Project Execution Plan & Schedule
- Support in gathering information from teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to help plan project execution.
- Assist in creating project schedules in collaboration with the Planning team.
Costing
- Assist in preparing cost estimates using internal systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Support in gathering data for product cost benchmarking.
Risks and Opportunities
- Assist in identifying potential risks and opportunities during the tendering phase.
- Help collect lessons learned from previous projects and apply them to new tenders.
Required Skills
- Some experience in tendering, sales support, engineering, or project-related work is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a global team.
- Basic familiarity with tools like SAP or similar systems would be advantageous.
