Position Information


You will be the heart and soul of the team in this exciting hybrid role. The PR & Marketing intern will support across core functions from PR, Trade, Ecom & Brand whilst taking on dedicated daily responsibilities, aiding the development of their integral industry skills.

The role requires a passionate, driven and enthusiastic individual. Someone with an eye for detail who can multi-task whilst working within a fast-paced environment. The fitting candidate will be looking to carve out their future expertise to immerse themselves in the world of luxury beauty.

Position Responsibilities


PR - supporting the PR Manager on general admin and activity:

• Daily press and social monitoring, tracking results and metrics, clipping and saving coverage • Assisting with the distribution of assets to media to support coverage • Support with fulfilling press/influencer product and image requests • Supporting with compiling press and campaign/launch recaps • Managing the send outs for campaign mailers and daily ad-hoc requests • Booking and monitoring deliveries via courier, FedEx and Royal Mail • PR asset management: tracking and saving down materials • Requesting samples and general management of the PR cupboard, ensuring it is consistently stocked and well organised • Support with LTK creator (affiliate shopping platform) outreach and engagement • Support with key retailer outreach and engagement • Vital support on PR events and activations • Database management: maintaining and updating press/influencer contacts • Assisting with key research projects (i.e. competitor activity, scoping out new talent and media opportunities) • Support with budget tracking


Trade Marketing – Supporting the Marketing Coordinator • E-Retail – Site maintenance, audits, promotional reporting • GWP calendar and retailer sampling • VM send-outs, counter maintenance • Calendar and campaign tracking • Competitor reporting • PO raising. Budget tracking.



Position Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills

• Ability to work across multiple projects and departments simultaneously

• Team player, enthusiastic, positive, professional

• Desire to be part of a high-performance team whilst learning along the way

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel will be advantageous in this role

• Previous PR experience in similar role (product send outs and mailers, managing assets, etc)

• Experience using media monitoring platforms (i.e. Launchmetrics, Tribe Dynamics) preferred but not essential

• General industry and media knowledge: national UK & Europe press, influencers, talent, celebrities, retailers, competitors, current news

• Retail experience
