Mission

The Public Relations Assistant supports the Senior PR Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day operations and contributes to the implementation of the brand’s PR strategy through the organization of public relations initiatives in the respective territory.


Main Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of all U.K press coverage (print & digital), drafting media reports/presentations and recording of missed opportunities
  • Managing photo shoots including coordination of insurance, liaising with journalists, sending credits for the publication
  • Regular contact with influencers to ensure Chopard is present on a regular base.
  • Assisting in celebrities’ dressings in London.
  • Maintaining and establishing new press contacts.
  • Assist in implementing PR strategies for U.K and International events.
  • Assist in coordinating and hosting press and client events.
  • Drafting press releases and press material.
  • Proofreading global press releases.
  • Responding to media enquiries.
  • General PR office management.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in public relations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Well experienced and used to working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and photoshop.
  • Good ability on social media platforms
  • Professional representation of the company image
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and work well with others as part of a team.
  • Flexible with working hours as the role involves some evening/weekend events.
