Role Overview:
As the Flagship Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their flagship store in London. You will lead a dedicated team towards achieving excellence in customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and inspire the team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
- Provide guidance and support to Assistant Store Managers and other team members, ensuring alignment with brand values and standards.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Drive CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Expand and nurture our customer network through personalized service and relationship-building strategies.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
- Optimize store performance by analyzing sales data, setting targets, and implementing effective strategies.
Brand Representation:
- Uphold the brand image and values through impeccable store presentation and customer interactions.
- Act as a brand ambassador within the London fashion community and beyond.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and longevity as Assistant Store Manager within the luxury fashion industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing a team of 10+ employees, with a track record of achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and experience in implementing CRM strategies to drive business growth.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
