Leadership and Team Management:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Drive CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
  • Optimize store performance by analyzing sales data, setting targets, and implementing effective strategies.

Brand Representation:

  • Uphold the brand image and values through impeccable store presentation and customer interactions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the London fashion community and beyond.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience and longevity as Assistant Store Manager within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a team of 10+ employees, with a track record of achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and experience in implementing CRM strategies to drive business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
