Job Title: Distribution Sales Manager
Job Description:
Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Distribution Sales Manager to support their rapid growth. The role involves working with national distributors, who are the biggest volume customers, and requires experienced sales talent in a fast-paced environment, with next-day order and delivery turnaround.
In this position, you will sell non-mechanical plant equipment to some of the UK’s largest national hire companies.
Responsibilities:
- Managing key national distributors, the largest clients.
- Working with high-volume customers.
- Delivering fast, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Liaising with major industry distributors.
- Building and developing customer networks, handling enquiries, and visiting depots nationwide to develop strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience in high-volume sales.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Strong ability to build productive and professional relationships with key distributor customers.
Benefits:
- Salary of £50,000 plus a car allowance of £500 per month for the first 6 months, with potential for a company car.
- Uncapped Commission Scheme with pay rises based on performance.
