Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage new quoting opportunities to ensure timely and accurate responses to potential clients, while prioritising tasks to align with business goals.
  • Proactively follow up on quotes sent to clients to address any queries, provide additional information, and secure approvals for projects.
  • Actively search for new business opportunities by researching market trends, networking, and leveraging industry connections to generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also establishing new connections to expand the company’s client base.
  • Accurately complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) for new clients to ensure compliance with their requirements and increase the chances of winning new contracts.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms to promote services, engage with clients, and enhance the business’s online presence.
  • Attend meetings with potential new clients to present the company’s services, understand their needs, and offer tailored scaffold solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on estimating and work pipeline activities to the Operations Manager, ensuring clear communication and effective planning.


Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of scaffolding industry preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
