We are currently supporting our client, a global professional services firm headquartered in London but with offices across the USA, Asia Pacific and the Middle East as they seek to build out their internal marketing function to support the growth of the business.


We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting and curious marketing executive to join their global head office in London. The successful candidate will be at the epicenter of internal efforts to promote their business and ensure their growth pipeline remains strong. This person will have direct access to three members of the executive board (the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Growth Officer and the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer) as well as the Director of Marketing.


Our client has tripled in size and revenue over the last 5 years and is looking to double again over the next 2 or 3 years, so this is an incredibly exciting time to join. The business is widely recognised both for the quality of its work and contribution to the industry, but also as an employer, winning multiple culture and employer accolades.


Role

  • Being at the epicenter of multifaceted, multi-channel marketing team that is focused on smart marketing and measurable growth
  • Being the point person for day-to-day management of the suite of marketing programs – namely Hubspot and Cognisim
  • Entirely familiar with all data within these programmes to ensure smooth and impactful outbound marketing campaigns can be executed on behalf of salespeople across the business on a daily basis
  • Ensuring all outbound marketing campaigns are delivered in the best possible way with the greatest success rate based on various nuances within all programmes
  • Responsible for consistently learning and improving the process of outbound marketing to achieve consistent outcomes
  • Great communication skills and a highly organized and counsel-led persona that will manage liaison on an ongoing basis with the sales team
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with demonstrable ability to work on multiple campaigns at once
  • A passion for measurable outcomes and reporting of results
  • Data hungry – an appetite for analysing all data to ensure it is organized and working as hard as possible
  • Restless curiosity – the ability to map together all aspects of the marketing function and connected different puzzle pieces to ensure the full picture is consistently realized
  • Smart sales nuance – the ability to assist the Chief Growth Officer on campaigns and sales collateral to ensure the entire sales journey – from outreach to nurture to pitch and conversion – is measured and assisted
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio
  • Proven experience in managing paid social campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)


Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working within an internal marketing team with a demonstratable understanding of how marketing and sales work hand-in-hand to drive growth
  • An understanding or experience with Hubspot or another CRM is important
  • Ideally the candidate will be as good with data management as they will be with campaign management
  • They should also be highly organized and able to manage their own workload – expecting support at all time but also bringing ideas and outcomes to the ongoing marketing strategy
  • A sense of restless curiosity is critical
