We are currently on the lookout for an ambitious and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join the team You will be running point for some of the biggest projects and best clients in the rail and construction sectors.


The ideal candidate would have industry experience working on infrastructure projects and knowledge of project teams and processes.


As our Customer Success Manager you’ll be spending time with our clients both on site and remotely ensuring they are maximising the benefits of our solutions.


We have offices in Doncaster and Durham, but this is a hybrid role which would involve remote working, on site visits with clients and office days where required.


Key Points

  • Industry experience in Rail or Construction is essential
  • Passion for providing quality service is essential
  • Knowledge of SaaS and Construction software is desirable


Main Roles & Responsibilities

  • Client training and implementations – These can be done in person on site and remotely dependant on client requirements
  • Developing client success plans – These will be developed on a client by client basis around their specific needs and requirements
  • Client Management – You will be the main point of contact for various clients of all sizes and across various sectors
  • Obtaining client feedback and feeding back into the development cycle – We’re always continuously improving our products and client feedback is key to this
  • Working closely with other areas of the business including senior team, sales, marketing and development
  • Attending Exhibitions, Safety Stand Down days and Client Days where required
  • Assisting with Managing our Collaborative partners and products to maximise benefits to clients
