The Marketing Executive position offers a unique opportunity to work with authentic family stories and precious memories, turning them into compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. You'll be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing user-generated content from our grateful customers, updating website content, and handling social media engagement to showcase the impact of our services. This role requires someone who can balance strategic marketing execution with storytelling, ensuring our campaigns are both heartfelt and effective. The successful candidate will excel at building trusted relationships with customers to sensitively source and share their digitisation journey stories while maintaining strong brand consistency across all channels. ---Key Responsibilities:


1. Campaign Support

- Assist in the execution of SEO campaigns, ensuring they are strategically aligned with company goals and the needs of target audiences.

- Create and optimise articles and other content for the website to improve search engine rankings and enhance user engagement, utilising keyword research and SEO best practices.

- Source, curate, and manage user-generated content (UGC) for marketing campaigns:

o Identify potential UGC opportunities across social media platforms

o Establish relationships with customers to obtain high-quality UGC

o Manage the permission process, including drafting and sending consent requests

o Maintain a database of approved UGC content and associated permissions

o Repurpose UGC across various marketing channels while ensuring compliance with usage rights


2. Website Management

- Update the company website (Shopify) with new content, including product/service information, minor design adjustments, and other relevant changes.

- Collaborate to maintain a cohesive and engaging brand presence online, drawing on insights from customer interactions to guide updates.


3. Social Media Management

- Develop, schedule, and post content on social media platforms to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.

- Monitor social media interactions, particularly on Facebook, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to nurture audience relationships, leveraging sales communication skills to enhance engagement.



Qualifications:


1-3 years of experience in a marketing or similar role, with a focus on campaign management, customer research, or digital content.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to tailor content to specific platforms and audiences.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with social media platforms (particularly Facebook, Instagram) and experience using CMS tools for website updates.

- Analytical skills for tracking campaign performance, customer research, and review platform management, using a results-driven approach.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.---Preferred Skills:- Previous experience in sales or other customer-facing roles is highly desirable, as it provides valuable insights into customer needs and behaviours.

- Experience with Trustpilot or similar review platforms and basic understanding of online reputation management.

- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to support campaign and website performance tracking.

- Knowledge of survey and feedback tools to gather and analyse customer insights.
