About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Tasker & Partners. As a key member of our marketing function, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to identify new leads and attract new customers, aligning with our strategic marketing objectives.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
  3. Work closely with the wider Marketing function to understand our core proposition, overseeing campaign content creation, including design, copywriting, and proofing.
  4. Analyze marketing activities to regularly review and understand their impact, building on successes and learning from failures.
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance our marketing offering to stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date with market trends across retail and wholesale insurance spaces.
  7. Ensure adherence to the Group's brand guidelines at all times.
About You

We are looking for a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships both internally and externally. You should be able to disseminate complex details into simple and straightforward communications, and possess the capability to multitask.

As a Marketing Executive, you will need to have proven experience in managing B2C/B2B campaigns, ideally within the insurance space (other sectors will be considered). You should also have a strong understanding of the proposition, products, and services being offered.

You'll also be or have:

  1. A marketing background and experience is essential, with insurance industry knowledge being beneficial.
  2. Be extremely organized with a strong attention to detail and inquisitive about your stakeholders' business area and goals, especially regarding strategic planning.
  3. Have experience of creating and delivering marketing campaigns, website development, managing online presence, and creating content relevant for the client base.
  4. Strong IT skills with experience of GA4, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.
  5. Experience of creating content for the company website, social media, email campaigns, and events.
  6. Degree level educated and a Marketing qualification.
