**What you’ll be doing:**

* Establish a programme of work to underpin the delivery of a multi-billion-pound capital investment
* Help deliver a complex transformational change programme for future shipyard operations
* Work closely with operations and functional teams to develop capability delivery roadmaps
* Efficiently manage resources and budgets to optimise operations and training
* Identify and mitigate risks while driving continuous improvements to remove repeatability

**Your skills and experiences:**

Essential:

* Degree in engineeringmanagement or equivalent
* Multi-million-pound project delivery spanning requirements capture and facility delivery
