- Oversee and guide a team of skilled Supply Chain Professionals in executing the Supply Chain Functional Strategy and Plan tailored to the assigned portfolio.
- Assist in formulating pivotal strategies, policies, and procedures aimed at enhancing product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide strategic oversight and vision across all responsibilities to meet business objectives aligned with corporate goals.
- Facilitate the successful delivery of products by ensuring that team members have clear objectives and are empowered to achieve critical delivery milestones within budget.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration to foster knowledge sharing and promote best practices throughout the organization.
- Mentor and develop emerging leaders within the Supply Chain Team.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- MCIPS or an equivalent professional qualification (mandatory).
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Strong management, leadership, and business acumen.
- Expertise in supply chain and major subcontract management.
Desirable:
- APMQ Qualification is a plus.
