We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Gold Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, managing commercial performance, and ensuring the quality of sourcing and contracting documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with the company's infrastructure construction strategy
  • Manage and lead the sourcing and contracting procurement process, including tender pack development, evaluation, and award
  • Ensure the quality of sourcing and contracting documentation is of the highest standard
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with external suppliers
  • Manage commercial performance of contractors and contract delivery
  • Manage relationships with strategic suppliers
  • Deploy supplier relationship management tools to ensure effective supplier management
Requirements:
  • Significant experience working in supply chain for the construction industry
  • Detailed knowledge of JCT and NEC construction contracts
  • Experience in developing construction strategies
  • Understanding of business and procurement approaches, techniques, processes, policy, and strategy
  • Experience in contract and supplier performance management
  • Experience managing a team of supply chain professionals
Desirable:
  • Client-side experience
  • MCIPS qualification
  • Experience in public sector or regulated environments
