My client, Is one of the fastest-growing influencer agencies in the UK representing over 12,000 influencers and driving end to end brand partnerships. Due to their impressive growth they are looking to hire a Sales Manager to sell to brands and agencies across the UK.


In this exciting role, you will:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business across the UK market.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies.
  • Craft compelling proposals that showcase the value of their influencer marketing solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest influencer marketing trends and effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued success.
  • Work collaboratively with the influencer talent management and account management teams to deliver exceptional client service.


The ideal candidate will possess:


  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the marketing, advertising, or media industries. (Creator economy is a huge plus)
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and exceeding quota consistently.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and its value proposition for brands.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex client needs.
  • Data-driven approach with a knack for understanding client goals and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Ambition and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
