Loriens leading Public Sector client is looking to bring on a Project Support Officer with strong Governance and Financial Reporting experience for an initial 12 month contract working on a hybrid basis (2 days per week onsite).


Day to day:

Working as part of a highly motivated and engaged technical/agile change team. You will be able to manage your own diverse workload, work autonomously, work well in the team and out into the wider department, and use your own initiative. While also ensuring a consistent Agile based delivery approach to digital and business change and playing an integral part in the running of the project.


You will ideally be highly numerate, comfortable working with a volume of finance data on a monthly basis as this role involves processing finance data from timesheets to finance workbooks – making sense of the data, spotting and resolving errors, highlighting variance and identifying possible resolutions.



Essential skills and experience:

  • Experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working with Risk/Governance/Finance
  • Experience managing project level financial reporting
  • Good experience in embedding governance within team
  • Work to deadline and mange workload to prioritise
  • Act as the “go to” person within Labs for LOAD, audit and RAID questions and guidance
  • Confident report builder using available report building tools
