Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales? We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. Working closely with our sales team, the successful candidate will and will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, supporting the team with administrative tasks, and assisting in client management. Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:

· Assist in negotiating and closing new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets

· Working with our global sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline by making cold calls and identifying potential new sales opportunities

· Collaborate with our UK sales lead to conduct face-to-face client meetings, answer client queries, and provide relevant information to prospects

· Research prospective clients to develop new relationships

· Work with the team to create proposals that meet the client's needs and objectives

Administrative Support:

· Support team in preparation of tenders and sales documentation

· Conduct pricing analysis to support sales teams

· Maintain our customer database

· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines, and contractual obligations, ensuring they are consistently followed

· Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to inform business strategies

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Energetic and Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and optimistic, with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Building Professional Relationships: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders both internally and externally

· Confident Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a confident telephone manner

· Initiative and Productivity: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, make things happen, and get things done efficiently

· Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, especially in prioritising tasks and managing various workloads

· Technical Proficiency: Highly computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

· Resilience: Determination and persistence in overcoming challenges

· Experience: Experience in a similar role, such as call centre, customer service, account management, or sales support, would be beneficial
