A digital mental health business support company is seeking a Design Manager / Production Manager. This role focuses on managing the design and production of transitioning a successful US-based app to the UK market. The emphasis is on creating compelling marketing and promotional materials, not UI design.
Responsibilities:
Project / Team Leadership (10%)
- Oversee and manage the creative project pipeline.
- Supervise external freelancers and ensure brand guideline adherence.
- Review and approve creative materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support team development.
Creative Direction (30%)
- Provide direction and mentorship to the design team.
- Conceptualise ideas for digital marketing campaigns and brand projects.
- Lead collaborative sessions to generate innovative ideas.
- Offer feedback to refine ideas, designs, and content.
- Encourage continuous improvement and creativity.
Graphic Design (60%)
- Design graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for digital and print.
- Ensure visual content maintains brand consistency.
- Assist in evolving the brand identity.
- Develop and maintain brand design guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Strong graphic design skills.
- Experience in creative direction and team leadership.
- Ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
- Experience in brand management.
