SUMMARY
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling daily requests from B2B and B2C customers. Identifying the customers need and delivering effective solutions for their problem. Committed to providing high-quality customer care to create a positive experience for the end-user and dealer. ESSENTIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily communication with businesses and consumers via email and telephone
- Handle B2B and B2C customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Informing our international colleagues with quality data
- Daily contact with 3PL regarding delivery statuses
- Providing daily support for various activities in the office
- Take the extra mile to engage with B2C customers
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position, ideally experience with both B2B and B2C
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication verbal and in written in English
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Demonstrate a high level of sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization skills
- Integrity, credibility, and dedication to the business
- Comfort with fast paced and changing work environment
- Communicate with co-workers, customers and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential documents and situations.

- Second language proficiency in German, Dutch or French is preferred
