Overview

Montcalm at the Brewery is looking for a skilled and ambitious Night Manager to join our team. Help to shape the Montcalm Collections next chapter and showcase your skills. Become a trusted ambassador for one of our hotels and take advantage of the opportunity to move between properties, achieving the service and product delivery standards for the department with a high degree of customer care and service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle late/early guest check-ins.

Conduct nightly security inspections.

Master the Fire Evacuation procedure for implementation.

Assist in training night team and maintain records.

Attend necessary meetings and conduct monthly night meetings.

Oversee public areas and cashiers desk, especially during check-out.

Review the shift and conduct handovers and briefings.

Maintain technical knowledge and skills.

Manage night audit operation.

Promptly respond to guest requests and queries.

Update guest profiles with preferences and address feedback.

Essential Qualifications

Knowledge of Opera

Have a flexible schedule and skill to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.

Understand how to manage a team and appreciate diversity of colleagues and guests.

Eligibility

Candidates must be authorised to live and work in the UK. Currently, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
