Montcalm Collection are looking for a reliable and friendly Night Auditor to join our team atMontcalm at the Brewery property. Help to shape the Montcalm Collections next chapter and showcase your skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guests are welcomed and checked into the computer system, ensuring correct accommodation is allocated to the guests.
  • Ensure all guests departing from the hotel are checked out and feedback is acted upon in a correct way.
  • Ensure that the Front of House and lobby are clean are ready for the day
  • Report any feedback during the night to the Night Manager to ensure a smooth handover for the day team
  • Coordinate with hotel manager to resolve guest issues and maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in front office operations or guest servicespreferred in hotels
  • Experience in hospitality desirable.
  • Knowledge of Opera (Desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service skills
  • The ability to work well with others
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Eligibility

Candidates must be authorised to live and work in the UK. Currently, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
