We're Hiring: Customer Success Executive
Are you looking for your next challenge? Are you a dynamic and confident Customer Success or Customer Service professional, or looking to take the next step in your career to become one? We’re seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our team based at our Macclesfield Head Office working Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30.
Location: Tytherington Business Park, Macclesfield, UK
Salary: Competitive basic salary with opportunities to earn commission

- INDICATA: A global leader in dealer stock management, pricing decision tools (B2B and B2C), fleet remarketing price optimisation, RV forecasting tools, and market reporting.
Role: As a Customer Success Executive for our INDICATA business unit, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and engaging them with our INDICATA product. You will regularly assist dealers to review their stock, identify recommendations for price changes and act as the ‘voice of the customer’ within INDICATA. We have a comprehensive onboarding plan where you will be guided through our INDICATA Academy.
Who are you?:
- Essential: Previous customer success or customer service experience.
- Desirable: IT skills (Microsoft including Outlook and Excel), experience with structured CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
