Miryco Consultants is hiring on behalf of a leading privately backed investment manager, based in London.


The firm is seeking a Business / Operational Resilience & Continuity Lead.


This is a new senior role for the business, created to lead 1st line operational resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities and will strength resilience standards business-wide, in a time of successful growth.


Requirements:

  • Experience of managing business continuity and disaster recovery at a Financial Services organisation.
  • Subject matter expert on best practice in developing business continuity plans, disaster recovery capabilities, and contingency measures.
  • Ability to design, develop, and run robust scenario tests and exercises to stress and improve a firm’s resilience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards with respect to operational resilience and third-party risk management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships - both internally with business, technology, and assurance teams and externally with vendors and counterparties.

Salary Range: Dependant on experience
