Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Head of Data Analytics or similar leadership role in the insurance, professional services or financial services industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and data quality principles.
  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning and predictive modelling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.


Desirable Skills:


  • Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Data Science certifications).
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to data in the insurance industry.
