THE ROLE

As the Head of BI & Analytics, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Act as a transformational leader in a new chapter for the business
  • Managing a team of 13 with 4/5 direct reports
  • Be both strategic and hands on, leading the business to be more data driven
  • Improving their data infrastructure to improve future insights
  • Creating growth through global expansion

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Stakeholder management experience is key, being able to communicate change
  • Experience with transformations is ideal
  • Industry experience is not necessary, but working in larger organisations will support your application
  • Leadership and management experience of teams is necessary
  • Data background is needed, both hands-on and strategic
