Job Title: NHS Partnership Executive - Exeter
Hours: 40 hours per week

ACES is an independent provider of NHS eye care services that are delivered in the community. We support the NHS, whilst providing patients with the highest standards of clinical care.

We’ve been providing NHS eye care in the East of England since 2007 and will be expanding across the UK throughout 2024 and beyond. We offer a range of services including: Cataract, Yag Laser Treatment, Glaucoma, Oculoplastics and General Ophthalmology.

Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual to be the main point of contact for our NHS community partners. You will join a fast-paced organisation committed to providing outstanding patient outcomes. As a NHS Partnership Executive you will be highly visible and active within the community, establishing new partnerships and building on existing relationships to promote ACES and the eye care services we provide.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and growth of referrals from Optometrists, GP's and Hospitals into ACES services within the Exeter area.
- Analyse the territory and identify market share potential.
- To clearly promote the features and benefits of the referral system to the referrer and where possible the patient.
- Manage account relationships, becoming the first point of contact for existing and prospective referrers, to ensure excellent service and maximum retention.
- To continually analyse referral data to identify services that may require additional support with engagement and marketing plan delivery.
- Promote and assist in the co-ordination of dedicated events to support the engagement of stakeholders.
- You will work in close partnership with the ACES clinic manager and team as well as the other NHS Partnership Executives/Managers in other territories.
- Populating and reporting daily on Salesforce system to broaden our understanding of the territory.
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience of working within a multi-site clinical environment and knowledge of NHS policy landscape would be advantageous however is not essential.
- Field sales experience essential.
- Previous experience of working in an optical or an ophthalmic environment is essential.
- Experience in developing new business.
- Working remotely.
- Effective diary management to maximise time efficiently.
- Account management or sales experience.
- Must have a driving license (age 25 or over for insurance)
- Ability to route plan and cover territory comprehensively.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
