This is a Head Office role and you will be joining a growing a brilliant team that is making a real impact on the success of Impact Food Group.
What you will be doing
- Provide first line customer support on queries and technical issues to both internal and external stakeholders. (Using Kanpla)
- Collaborate with third-party partners to investigate and troubleshoot issues.
- Collect and analyse data from our internal teams.
- Building and uploading menus to our ordering platforms in a timely manner.
- Data analysis, identifying trends and patterns.
- Constantly working to improve system efficiencies and enhancements
- Processing of refunds and account reconciliations
- Onboarding new contracts to systems
What we are looking for
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Prior experience in a help desk/service desk role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good data analytics skills, together with strong Excel skills
- Ability to work well within a team and also a self-starter who can work on their own initiative.
- Adaptable to changing tasks/situations.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Excellent prioritisaton and organisation skills
