Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organization and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact.
We are looking for someone who wants to start a career in the equipment hire sector with a view to becoming an accounts manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but rapidly growing equipment hire company with aspirations to become one of the UK's best.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Build your own portfolio of clients. Hone and treat this like your own business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we are all moving in the same direction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
The ideal candidate will:
- Have some sales experience but not Vital for the right person
- Some experience with equipment rental, construction or building merchants but not vital for the right person
- Strong hunger to earn money (commission is un-capped)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with new and existing clients
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
