Frazer Jones is working with a global law firm to recruit for an HR Advisor to join their London team on a permanent basis.


The role will work closely with an HR Manager and support both fee earning and business services populations.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from new joiners onboarding to leavers
  • Build relationships with people managers and other key stakeholders
  • Manage employee relations cases
  • Manage agile working requests
  • Support on secondments and global mobility
  • Manage probationary periods and extensions
  • Provide advice to employees on HR related queries
  • Support on wider HR Projects
  • Work with the HR Business Partner on performance and salary review processes
  • Liase with the people managers and recruitment team on recruitment and future resourcing
  • Support on annual cyclical projects


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in an HR Advisory role
  • Experience working in a professional (partnership) or financial services environment
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience managing ER cases
  • Strong reporting and Microsoft excel skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with high attention to detail
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent qualification


This is a full time, permanent role based in London. This firm have a hybrid working policy of 60% in office working.
