My client a leading insurance firm are looking to hire a HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract.


This is a true generalist role that will require some UK travel to partner sites. Duties will include:

  • Supporting the Business Partner with Employee Relations issues for your business unit including; disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence, restructure and terminations.
  • Advising on employment legislations to avoid possible litigation against the company
  • Facilitating the salary review process
  • Rolling out new company benefits and policies
  • Drafting and reviewing new and existing company policies
  • Interpreting HR data to identify areas for improvement
  • Support on imbedding a new HRIS


You will have:

  • Previous experience as a HR Advisor ideally in the FS or Insurance space
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation
  • Experience of advising on a range of ER cases
  • Experience of building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • A willingness to travel across the UK, when required
