The Role
To facilitate this growth we are seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager, as a key member of the sales department, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with national retail and grocery partners.
You will be a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and shaping the sales strategy. Your role will evolve beyond day-to-day account management to include high-level decision-making and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Achieve value, gross margin, and volume targets for your accounts using innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage trade terms, agreements, price adjustments, and promotional plans.
- Engage retailers in the brands, emphasizing the unique features of individual products.
- Drive rapid brand expansion into new channels and among new shoppers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with buyers, ensuring brands remain top-of-mind.
- Develop a strategic promotional plan for your customers, utilizing commercial and category insights to influence future strategies.
- Champion the needs of your customers, ensuring they have the necessary resources for success.
- Collaborate closely with team members and directors to develop an enviable culture
