Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Manager to take on a key leadership role in educational travel sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, particularly within the educational/ sport or group tours travel sector, and possess the leadership abilities to motivate, manage, and grow a global sales team. This person should also be capable of implementing strategies that drive growth and efficiency as the company expands.


As Global Sales Manager you will have:

• Experience in educational travel sales, with a deep understanding of how travel can

positively impact young people.

• A track record of exceeding sales goals, whether in a managerial capacity or as a

high-performing senior sales professional who is ready to step into a leadership

role.

• The ability to adapt quickly to new systems, tackle challenges in a rapidly growing

environment, and stay focused on the big picture while ensuring the team meets

its objectives.

• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a sales

team to achieve their potential.

• A proven ability to drive sales strategy, understand key performance metrics (KPIs),

and use data-driven insights to inform commercial decisions.

• A passion for global education, with a desire to work towards the company’s

mission of enriching the lives of young people through travel.
