The Opportunity
The Sales Analyst will support the global sales team through identifying and evaluating trends in industry data from both internal and external sources to identify key areas for improvement in EP&T’s sales function. This person will provide in-depth revenue and sales performance analytics to assist sales teams in growing the business.
A successful sales analyst will be highly motivated, a self-starter and a great team player. High standards and attention to detail are a must in order to produce quality work.
Your responsibilities
- Create and maintain sales reports: Develop efficient methods of collecting comprehensive sales data from various sources, such as CRM systems (Hubspot), market research, and industry reports
- Provide global analytical support: Assist Sales team members with data access and reporting for decision-making, ROI analysis, and tracking of KPIs and objectives
- Perform market trend analysis: Proactively monitor and analyse competitive activity, customer, and market trends, anomalies, and other insights
- Understand & deliver market insights: Take responsibility for assisting the Sales teams to provide accurate sales forecasting, analysing sales data to help drive sustainable revenue growth and provide actionable insights and recommendations to guide the sales and marketing teams
The Talented Individual will have:
- 3+ years' experience in a sales analyst role (or similar) within the Commercial Real Estate, PropTech sectors or technology
- strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- the ability to analyse and interpret large datasets efficiently
- exceptional stakeholder management skills
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- a strong understanding of sales processes and analytics, CRM systems, and market trends, to not only drive outcomes, but also clearly articulate and report on the metrics and use data to produce valuable insights.
- familiarity with energy and utility consumption, ESG and sustainability metrics, targets and goals coupled with the ability to synthesise complex information or data allows you to and communicate at various levels of understanding and seniority.
