Job overview:

The role will support the Supply Chain Manager and Head of Operations in the day to day running of the UK and International Supply Chain. For a business growing at a rapid rate, ensuring we have the right stock at the right time is business critical. This role offers a great opportunity for an individual to learn the basics of supply chain in a fast-paced environment, playing a vital role and making impactful changes to the Beco operation.

Responsibilities:

· Placing and tracking purchase orders with suppliers, and reporting on supplier performance

· Managing transfer orders to 3rd party warehouses, and control inventory

· Recording all purchase order and inventory transactions on ERP system

· Monitoring inventory using Forecasting software and propose actions to maintain good stock levels

· Processing commercial invoices and other shipping documents for international orders from 3PL, UK warehouse or factories directly

· Co-ordinating with inbound freight companies to ensure stock is shipped and delivered in a timely manner

· Working with Sales and Marketing to ensure we can accommodate their inventory needs

· Providing information to sales teams on status of their orders and out of stocks

· Assist with stocktakes and other inventory tasks in the UK warehouse

· Manage flow of controlled materials by recording batch codes and transaction numbers

· Use Forecasting software and ERP system to fulfil Demand Planning responsibilities for some of our core lines and raw materials.


Experience:

Graduate or 2 years in a similar role.

Essential skills:
