What will this role include?


  • Drive excellence in servicing a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple planning teams
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the strategic objectives for your primary accounts
  • Lead, manage, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of empowerment and growth
  • Create and execute key client programs for the upcoming year
  • Grow dormant accounts through bespoke, proactive proposals
  • Work closely with Client Directors/Managers to deliver the best responses to briefs
  • Oversee and support client directors to resolve major issues or negotiations
  • Own the achievement of commercial targets within your business area
  • Review audit decks with the Head of Investment, participating in critical audit meetings
  • Monitor billings against forecasts, escalating significant shortfalls or issues as needed
  • Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with senior clients and agency leaders at all levels
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and new initiatives to boost revenue
  • Ensure accurate reporting on planning and campaign status across your teams
  • Lead or contribute to major client/agency pitches across all company areas
  • Conduct annual appraisals and regular performance reviews for Client Directors on your team


The ideal candidate will have/be:


  • Solid experience in OOH, media owners, and agency environments
  • Proven success in leading and managing a team
  • Exceptional skills in client service, with a track record of building strong client and agency relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience of commercial achievement and strategic planning.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational planning skills.
