Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Transformation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy for the manufacturing facility.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, cosy control and productivity.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of transformation projects.
  • Assure Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives actively optimize processes.
  • Evaluate processes and team capability to enhance production capabilities and quality.


Quality and Compliance:

  • Ensure all transformation initiatives adhere to food safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain and exceed regulatory compliance.
  • Drive initiatives to improve product quality and reduce defects.


Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute transformation projects effectively.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and manage budgets for transformation projects.
  • Analyze financial performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures throughout the transformation process.


Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement.


We are looking for:

  • Experience in food manufacturing or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on transformation or process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
  • Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics, manufacturing software, and other relevant technology.
