The key areas of responsibility include:

  • Facilities Management - overseeing the maintenance, safety and security of all company facilities and managing building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water and security
  • Manufacturing Management - overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Health & Safety Leadership - lead on health and safety initiatives across the organisation and chair the H&S committee
  • Supply Chain Management - Developing and implementing supply chain strategies and overseeing the management of supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts
  • Logistics Management - Oversee the logistics operations, including shipping and distribution
  • Customer Service Management - Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures


You'll be a strong leader who has demonstrable experience across as many of the key areas listed above preferably in life sciences or a related industry.


We're looking for a strong negotiator and communicator along with good problem-solving skills.


Location:

Cambridge (with hybrid working available)


Hours:

Monday-Friday - Full-time
