IT Support Engineer

We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a highly regarded company based within their Aberdeen Office.

The Role

This role position is ideal for someone who has strong experience in 1st and 2nd line support and also strong communication skills. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic IT team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop and remote support end to users and clients
  • Help monitor and maintain IT systems and servers
  • Assist in keeping group websites up to date and functional
  • Assist in IT documentation and business processes for continual improvement
  • Ability to liaise with external advisers and service providers
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and service planning


Requirements

  • Two or more years experience in an IT Support role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with VM Ware
  • Knowledge of Networking protocols
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
